The total cost is the result of the quantity times the unit cost which includes the Class Markup (tax/Burden). If the total cost is changed then the unit cost will be back computed. Total Cost is your cost of this item without dollars added for overhead, profit or other Global Markups.
Total Price is the total cost plus Global Markups such as, overhead, profit, etc. This is usually the selling price.
