Change Verify Accumulation

 

 

 

Every time a total amount is changed in any summary List such as, Division, Subdivision, Budgets, Cost types, etc., the unit cost of all items that make up that total are adjusted.

 

This is done by comparing the previous unit cost to the previous total and then changing it by the correct percentage of the new total.

 

Once this is done, you CAN NOT recover the costs unless you:

 

1. Remember the original total. Re-enter it to reverse the process.

 

2. Saved the bid before the change and then reload it using the File Menu’s Save as and then Open selections.
