After you have done a Find First and a few Find Next, you may decide you want to see only the matching records for your last Find. You can of course go back to the Find dialog box and do the find again and press the Show Only Found, or you can just select Show Only Found from the View menu.
To display all the records (lines) in the list again, press Ctrl+L, or press F1 and choose "Show All" from the menu.
