You may either Use (pullback/transfer) the tagged records (lines) to the bid or just the highlighted line. If you choose the highlighted option, you may then substitute the one you chose for the item in the bid where the cursor is located.
Also, if you choose the highlighted option, all the records (lines) items will still be tagged when you return. It's only when you choose the tag option that the tags will be removed as the items are placed in the bid.
