Press the Calculator Key F5 to access the Calculator window. (When you press the USE Icon after working in the calculator, the results will be placed in your "field of origin".)
1. If a number is in the underlying column, then it is used as a "starting" value. If you want to add a number to it, press the + sign, then enter a number followed by pressing the Enter Key. The on-screen Calculator works much like your hand-held calculator. You may press the buttons on it with either the mouse or keyboard.
2. If you have the optional Questions feature, you may put the numeric Answer from any Question in the Calculator by pressing the List F7 key or pressing the Recall Answer... button in the Calculator window, and then clicking or pressing Enter on the desired Question in the list provided.
3. When finished, press the Use Key F8. If you were in a numeric field, such as a Quantity or cost field when you started the Calculator, this will put the Calculator’s currently-shown value into it directly. If not, you will be asked if you want to copy the value into the clipboard, so you can paste it into any field you wish.
