The Window Menu will allow you to see all the Views (Lists or Forms) that are opened as well as selecting them by clicking.
Refresh Re-displays all windows in the estimating system.
Save Window Position
Click this when you have resized and positioned a window to your liking. It will then be displayed each time you access it in the correct position. It is helpful if you have a high resolution display (>1000) and you want to have your Bid, Price Book, Divisions and Subdivision windows all opened and in a convenient position.
Unsave Window Position Click this when you want to erase the position and size of a window and use the systems default placement.
Save All Window Positions
With Level 3 or above, you can save the positions of all the windows you have open at once. The saved positions of other closed windows are not effected.
Unsave All Window Positions
With Level 3 or above, you can reset (unsave) the positions of all windows, open or not. All windows will pop up with the cascaded effect.
Close All This will close all opened windows except the Bid Item List which is always on your desktop.
The Window menu also lists all currently open windows in the estimating system. To bring a window to the top, just click on it in this menu. For convenience, there are also numeric shortcut keys assigned to each one.
