Hiding a column enables you to see only the columns you want
Note Even if you hide a column in a list, it is still there and if you use your cursor keys to go from column to column, then it will stop on the vertical bar. Just continue on.
To hide a column:
1. Move to the List’s heading on the vertical bar (right of the column you want to hide) column you wish to hide.
2. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the vertical bar to the left.
Note: To un-hide just do the reverse.
