The Spreadsheet/Database Interface is an optional feature which allows you to transfer Bid Item information to a formats usable by most spreadsheets, database systems, and word processors. The Interface produces an industry-standard files which you can choose be clicking on the down arrow. You may also export only found or tagged records by clicking those options.
How To Use
1. Go to the Bid Item List.
2. Tag or Show Only the Records (lines) you want to export.
3. From the main menu bar, choose File/Transfer/Export to Spreadsheet or Database.
4. Enter the Drive and Directory where the export file will be placed.
5. Enter the Export File Name.
6. Select the type of export file you need.
7. Decide if you want to export All records, only Show Lines, and/or only Tagged Lines.
8. Click on the Export Button.
9. Go to your spreadsheet or database program and import the file.
