Report Headers and Footers

The Report Headers and Footers dialog allows you to set up the headers and footers to be printed on each page of your Reports.

In the Report Headers and Footers dialog, you will find fields for heading lines 1 through 4, left and right headings. (The center of the page always contains your company name and address, as entered when you registered the system.) You may leave any or all of these blank, if you want.

Footing lines 1 through 3 may be entered below the headings. These are longer lines which can go across the entire width of the page. The footing lines are always centered at the bottom of each report page. They may also be left blank.

Special "variables" may be included in either the headings or footings:

 %PAGE  The current page number.

%DATE  The date the report was run.

%TIME  The time the report was run.

When the Report is run, these "variables" are changed into the appropriate values. For instance, if your first right heading appeared in the Headers and Footers dialog as "Page %PAGE", the upper-right hand corner of the first page of your Report would actually show "Page 1".
