You may use either Metric or English measurements in EasyEst Estimating. None of the system’s features are "hard-wired" to either system.
Most Price Books use either English or Metric units, but not both. If you are using a pre-built Price Book, or a Sample Price Book, you may need to change the units in the Items to the system (Metric or English) you use. If you are using Conversion and Rounding Factors in your Items (in Level 2 or above), you will also need to change these factors to correspond to the appropriate factors for your units. For instance, instead of converting from square footage of slab to cubic yards of concrete, you would need to convert from square meters of slab to cubic meters of concrete.
