This is the calculated result of the Bid Item Quantity and the Conversion Factor and Rounding Factors. This is the quantity that will be multiplied by the cost per order unit to determine the total cost. It also provides a bill-of-material/labor ordering.
You may also back compute the conversion factor if you enter an order quantity. If the Bid Item Quantity is zero then it will automatically be set to "1" and the correct conversion factor will be displayed. If you make a mistake and want to get you original value back, just press the Restore key F4 before you leave it.
