The Edit Menu will allow you to:
Undo Use this choice to restore a deleted word, record, tag operation, etc. Appears as "Can’t Undo" if the previous operation cannot be un-done.
Text Work Cut, copy, paste, and clear tools to work within a field or words.
Insert Record To insert a record (Line) in between others, use this choice.
Copy This Record This will make a copy of a record just below the highlighted record.
Delete Record You will be asked to confirm the deleting of the record when you chose this command
Find... Search in any column to find one or show only ones that meet your search criteria.
Find Next A fast way to jump to the next record which meets your search criteria.
Replace... Much like the Find Dialog above, but allows replacing too.
Replace Here and Find Next
If you want to review each possible replacement before making it, you can use Replace... (above) and then use Replace Here and Find Next to make a change in the current field, or Find Next to go on the next candidate.
Go To Code... A quick way to jump to a record based on its code.
Form Since it is inconvenient to have all the information on the Item lists, you may want to see that information in a Form format for either the Price Book Item List or the Bid Item List..
Memo Enter a memo (note) for just about any record. Each list has its own memo window, which automatically shows the memo for whatever record you are on in the list. You may have more than one memo window open at a time.
