The View Menu will allow you to:
Show All This will show all the records (Lines) after a "Show Only ..".
Show Only Tagged Use this if you want to Tag records and then see only those lines.
Show Only Found Use this if you want to Find records and then see only those lines.
Show Only Zero Total Costs
Finds and shows only the records with zero Total Costs. This feature can be useful for checking for Items which have not been assigned a Quantity or cost, or omitted accumulators (nothing in a Budget, etc.).
Show Only Non-Zero Total Costs
Finds and shows only the records with non-zero Total Costs. This is useful for displaying only the accumulator (Division, Cost Type, Budget, etc.) records that are used in a Bid.
Show Only Modified Costs
Finds and shows only the Bid Items that have had a cost changed in the Bid. Only applies to the Bid Items. (The same menu item is also on the Bid menu.)
Show Only Items from Drawing
Use this to locate only those Bid or Item Selection Worksheet Items which were imported from a CAD or drawing program. You can use this to review existing CAD Items, or remove previously-imported Items before importing the entire drawing again.
Sort Highlight any place in any column first then use place the records in order.
Bid Cost Toggle this menu item’s check mark on/off to see/hide the Bid Cost in the status bar of the main EasyEst Estimating window. You may show the Bid’s Cost, Price, both or neither. You may wish to turn off the Bid Cost when you are working directly with a customer at the computer.
Bid Price Toggle this menu item’s check mark on/off to see/hide the Bid Price in the status bar.
