Go to the Bid Item List.
Click on the "Outdoor Astro Turf" Bid Item .
Click on the Memo button ( ) on the top Tool Bar.
In the memo for Bid Item box, Type Indoor/Outdoor carpet can be substituted for the Astro Turf at $1.20 SF.
Note: The Memo Box can be left open so you can add a memo to each Item as you select them. If you use memo’s you can size the memo window small and leave it open to see information as you move through the system. Many lists have an associated memo window, which works like the Bid Item Memo window, but each memo window is a separate window which you can open, close, or position independently.
To close the Memo for Bid Item window click on the control bar in the upper left corner of the dialog box and select Close.
