Reports Menu

 

 

 

The Reports Menu will allow you to:

 

Quick Print Automatically takes you to one of the type of Reports below based on which List you are in and shows you what Reports are available for that List.

 

Bid Reports This will give you all the Bid Lists so you can choose one or more to print.

 

Price Book Reports This will give you all the Price Book lists so you can choose one or more to print.

 

Custom Report List Go to the Custom Report List. Available only if you have the Custom Report Designer.

 

Send Form Feed Click to advance the printer’s paper by one page.

 

Printer Setup This will take you to the Windows standard Printer Setup dialog box so you can change printers or modify printer/page settings.

 

Headers and Footers Use this Dialog Box to change the headings and footings on each page of every Report.

 

Set Report Order Saves the current record order for the current list. You may then sort the records in various orders, and later restore the record to their standard reporting order by using the Sort Dialog Box and selecting the Report Order sort.

 

 

Report Designer

You may customize any Report in the system with the Custom Report Designer, available in Level 3. You may change the headings, fonts, columns widths, column order, etc., for any Report in the system.

 

If you need additional Reports that are not in the system, these may be provided at higher levels. Each level comes with additional Reports.

 

In addition, you can purchase custom-made additional Reports by calling 1-888-356-6418. Almost any Report may be built or customized to your needs.
