The Transfer Menu allows you to Import data from CAD drawings and export data to Accounting systems.
Import CAD Drawing... You may automatically import Items based on the objects/symbols if you have an integrated drawing program.
Export Spreadsheet or Database...
Information on the Bid Item List may be exported in a CSV file format.
Export to QuickBooks... You may also export Budget information to QuickBooks.
Export to Scheduling... Export to scheduling systems.
Export to Job Costing... Export to accounting systems.
Export to Purchase Order System...
Export Item costs and Vendor assignments to purchase order systems.
Back Up... Use this command to make frequent backups of your Price Book and Bids, or to copy Bids or Price Books between estimating systems installed on different computers.
Restore from Back Up... Restore Bids or Price Books from estimating backup files, created with the Back Up command above.
House-Clean Price Book Use after many deletions in Price Book (Items, Divisions, Budgets, Cost Types, etc.) to free disk space in the Price Book files.
