Price Book Menu

 

 

 

 A Price Book consists of information organized into several Lists. The main use of a Price Book is to summarize the item costs into large "buckets" for reporting and to find Items quickly based on a Code number. A Price Book is much like a book of costs that you may be using now. You will be able to look up and summarize costs much faster using EasyEst Estimating.

 

Divisions Highest summary level of the Item Code breakdown.

 

Subdivisions Next highest summary level of the Item Code breakdown.

 

PB Item List A checklist of all your master Price Book Items in a list format.

 

PB Item Form Change all the Price Book information Item by Item.

 

Adjustments Add percentages to groups of Items’ costs. (Optional Feature)

 

Super Assemblies List of Super Assemblies.

 

Super Assembly Builder Use Super Assembly Builder to change groups of Assemblies.

 

Budgets Each Item may be assigned to a Budget "cost bucket".

Cost Table A store house of common costs for Items. (Optional Feature)

 

Cost Types Every Item has five classes where a type of cost may be used.

 

Crews A list of labor Crews with costs and total hours. (Optional Feature)

 

Locations Open Locations List, a optional feature to group and subtotal Items in a Bid.

 

Markups A list where overhead and profit percentages may be placed on the cost, and shows as "the price".

 

Questions A powerful feature which will organize your bidding process by asking questions about your selected Items. (Optional Feature)

 

Vendors Suppliers, subcontractors, etc. (Optional Feature)

 

Unit Suggestions A list of Item Units which remind you the values to use.
